The Corporate Communications Unit randomly interviewed Higher Education Authority (HEA) Acting Director – Quality Assurance, Dr. Orleans Mfune, at Zambian Royal Medical University.

Dr. Mfune stressed that HEA’s mandate was to ensure that education standards were always maintained at the highest level.
