Happy Africa Freedom Day

The Management and Staff of the Higher Education Authority (HEA)  joins the rest of Africa in celebrating Africa Freedom Day and the heroes across the continent whose sacrifices ensured the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Liberty and the pursuit of a quality higher education go hand-in-hand. Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe said that no one can fail to take pride in his country’s participation in the story of mankind, and, as such, for Zambia to purposefully and substantially contribute to mankind’s story, a quality higher education that has the foundation of the liberties for which our heroic freedom fighters fought and died, is the key.
