Dr. Mushumba Acts as Director-General
Dr. Martin Mushumba is currently acting as the Director-General of the Higher Education Authority (HEA).
Dr. Mushumba, who is the Director – Quality Assurance, will be Acting Director-General from 25th September – 29th December, 2023, as Prof. Stephen Simukanga, the Director-General, proceeds on his annual leave.
