Dr. Chifwepa Acts as Director General of HEA
Dr. Vitalicy Chifwepa is currently acting as the Director General of the Higher Education Authority (HEA).
Dr. Chifwepa, who is the Director – Quality Assurance, will be the Acting Director General until 22nd September, 2021, as Professor Stephen Simukanga, the Director General, has proceeded on his annual leave.
