Dr. Chifwepa Acts as Director-General of HEA
Dr. Vitalicy Chifwepa is currently acting as the Director-General of the Higher Education Authority (HEA).
Dr. Chifwepa, who is the Director – Quality Assurance, will be the Acting Director-General from 12th September – 13th October, 2022, as Professor Stephen Simukanga, the Director-General, has proceeded on his annual leave.
