The Higher Education Authority Mourns the Passing of Mr. Charles Mulenga, Director – University Education in the Ministry of Education
The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is at a loss at the untimely demise of Mr. Charles Mulenga, Director – University Education in the Ministry of Education.
Thus, HEA joins the grieving family, friends and colleagues of the late Mr. Mulenga in mourning his death.
A great proponent of higher education, Mr. Mulenga was instrumental in guiding HEA during the time the Authority operated without the board as he sat on the oversight committee for the Authority that directed its affairs in ensuring that HEA met all the interests of its clients, stakeholders and the mandate with which the government had set it up.
The contributions Mr. Mulenga made to the higher education sector through his role as Director – University Education will echo for a long time to come. The Management and Staff of the Higher Education Authority will remain forever grateful for his service.
May the Soul of Mr. Charles Lesa Mulenga rest in eternal peace and may the Holy Spirit comfort his grieving family, friend and colleagues.
Mr. Mulenga was laid to rest at Leopards Hill Memorial Park on Wednesday, 30th March, 2022.
