Let’s Dance! Rockview University to Showcase Zambia’s Cultural Heritage at the Indaba

The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is excited to announce that Rockview University will provide cultural entertainment at the Inaugural Higher Education Indaba 2025! The performances will feature Rockview’s very own students, showcasing vibrant traditional dances and music that celebrate Zambia’s rich cultural heritage.

By blending education with cultural expression, Rockview, which has 69 accredited learning programmes, is demonstrating that higher education is not just about academic excellence, but also about nurturing creativity, identity, and pride in our traditions. Their student-led performances will create a uniquely Zambian atmosphere at the Indaba, making this historic gathering both inspiring and unforgettable.

When knowledge meets culture, the future shines brighter. Thus, by combining HEA’s convening power with Rockview’s cultural excellence, the Indaba will not only spark ideas but also celebrate the rich heritage that inspires Zambia’s higher education journey.

The inaugural Higher Education Indaba will be held from 8th to 10th October, 2025, at the Avani Victoria Falls Resort in Livingstone, under the theme “Unlocking Zambia’s Potential Through New Investments in Quality Higher Education.”

Hosted by the Higher Education Authority (HEA) in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education, the Indaba will convene over 400 leaders from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), industry, cooperating partners, civil society, and other strategic stakeholders.
