HEA wins 2nd Prize at 96th Agriculture and Commercial Show
The Higher Education Authority (HEA) was placed second in the Best Educational Institution Exhibition competition at the 96th Agriculture and Commercial Show.
HEA was judged to be the second best exhibiting educational institution for its domestication and showcasing of how the Authority is “Creating a Competitive Future through Ensuring Quality in Higher Education.”
Through its exhibition, the Authority was contending that one of the most important aspects to creating a competitive future is through research, which adds to the knowledge base of the nation with novel ideas that will contribute to addressing issues like mitigating the effects of climate change, the development of new technologies and drugs that treat, vaccinate and counter diseases.
The 96th Agriculture and Commercial Show is taking place in Lusaka from Wednesday, 31st July to Monday, 5th August, 2024.
