HEA Streamlines Communication with Dedicated Phone Lines
The Higher Education Authority (HEA) has enhanced its communication and service delivery systems by introducing dedicated phone lines for its key departments. This initiative is designed to make it easier and faster for stakeholders, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), and members of the public to reach the appropriate offices and receive timely responses.
Through this development, HEA reaffirms its commitment to efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in line with its 2022–2026 Strategic Plan. The move aims to reduce delays in information sharing, improve stakeholder experience, and strengthen engagement across the higher education sector.
The dedicated departmental contact lines are as follows:
