Embassy of Japan Pays Second Courtesy Call on HEA
The Higher Education Authority (HEA) was paid a second courtesy call by the Embassy of Japan in Zambia.
This time around, the delegation was led by First Secretary at the Embassy of Japan, Ms. Sae Horikawa, who was accompanied by Ms. Sangwani Stemgene Sichinga, the PR and Cultural Analyst. Ms. Sichinga had also accompanied the Second Secretary when the Embassy of Japan first paid a courtesy call on HEA.
The delegation was once again met by HEA Director-General, Prof. Stephen Simukanga, who received them in his office.
The Embassy of Japan in Zambia first visited HEA on 14th July, 2023, and returned for a second courtesy call visit on 11th September, 2023.
