Death of Dr. Vitalicy Chifwepa
It is with great sadness that the Higher Education Authority (HEA) announces the untimely death of the Director – Quality Assurance, Dr. Vitalicy Chifwepa. Dr. Chifwepa passed away this morning on Wednesday, 29th March, 2023, in Levy Mwanawasa Teaching Hospital after a very short illness.
HEA Management and Staff are heartbroken and grieving this great loss of not only a member of the Management Staff but of a man who was vital and integral in the development of the Authority from its inception to where it is now.
HEA Management and Staff send their deepest and sincerest condolences to the Chifwepa Family and request that you keep the family in your prayers and thoughts.
The Authority will communicate additional information regarding the funeral as and when it is made available.
