The Higher Education Authority (HEA) had earlier announced a different venue which has since been changed. However, all other details and registration process for the Conference remains unchanged and all prior registration made will be honoured at the new venue.

The main objective of the Annual SAQAN conference is to bring together quality assurance practitioners and researchers in the SADC region and beyond to share experiences, best practices and approaches towards promoting the culture of quality assurance in higher education. It is also intended to serve as a platform for exchanging research findings pertaining to quality assurance, promotion and development.

The 6th SAQAN Conference will be held with the theme, “Strengthening and harmonising quality assurance in the SADC region and beyond through sharing experiences and good practices.”
