Director-General Meets Permanent Secretary – Educational Services

The Director-General of the Higher Education Authority (HEA), Professor Kazhila C. Chinsembu, paid a courtesy call on the Permanent Secretary – Educational Services in the Ministry of Education, Mr. Joel Kamoko.

Mr. Kamoko welcomed Professor Chinsembu and congratulated him on his deserved appointment.

The Permanent Secretary – Educational Services, under whose charge HEA falls, emphasised to the Director-General the need to hit the ground running in order to ensure that the higher education sector was in the best shape possible.

Mr. Kamoko further mentioned that his door was always open to the Director-General and HEA, encouraging them to engage him as often as they could.

The Director-General led a delegation of all members of Management of HEA to pay the courtesy call on the Permanent Secretary – Educational Services.
